Her background includes hands-on case management, legal workflow development, paralegal training, process improvement, and the implementation of operational systems.
Having worked extensively within legal case management environments, she understands the difference between how a process looks on paper and how it performs during a demanding workday.
She founded The Grind Agency to help law firms move beyond temporary fixes and establish operational structures that can support their long-term objectives.
Her philosophy is straightforward: identify the problem, develop the right solution, implement it, and equip the team to maintain it.
